Before first use, rinse the tray, grease it lightly and bake it without dough or any other ingredients at 180°C for 10 minutes. This procedure will create a natural grease film to cover the tray. Together with the non-stick coating, the grease film will make sure that nothing sticks.
If necessary, clean the baking tray after use with warm water or a mild detergent. This will prevent the needed grease film from being destroyed.
Cleaning the tray in the dishwasher destroys this grease film and jets the tray "dry". This means that the next meal prepared on the tray will stick.
To remedy this, the filming procedure must be repeated from the beginning. The baking tray will then be ready for use again.
