How to use:  Moisten with warm water before application. To be used once or twice a week, in the shower. Insist on areas with the thickest skin, such as elbows, knees, ankles and heels. Apply the product from the ankles up to activate blood circulation and remove dead skin cells. Leave the product on the skin for a few minutes and then rinse with plenty of water.
