Nutrigold Golden Flaxseed Oil is a superior tasting, organic, vegetarian and vegan source of omega 3 and 6 essential fatty acids packaged in amber glass bottles. The solvent-free Vacu-force® extraction technology produces stable, biologically active natural oil with minimal processing avoiding production of chemicals and harmful free radicals.

Use:1-2 dessert spoons (approx. 10-20mls) daily. Take directly or drizzle/mix into food or smoothies. Do not cook with this oil as heat destroys the active ingredients. This is a natural product so appearance, smell and taste may vary between batches.

Storage:Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Refrigerate once opened and consume within 6 weeks.
