Rembrandt cold-pressed watercolour paper is made of high-quality cotton linters (100%). The paper features a fine-grain texture, which makes it suitable for various watercolour and gouache techniques.
This paper block contains 20 sheets of heavy 300 g/m² (140 lbs) watercolour paper. Each sheet is glued on four sides for stability and to ensure an even surface. To separate the sheets, there is an opening in the front of the glued surface where you can carefully start cutting the sheet from the block using a palette knife.
Rembrandt watercolour paper is acid-free, pH-neutral and buffered to guarantee the durability of the paper and longevity of the artwork. Since this paper is made of 100% cotton, it does not yellow over time and is exceptionally strong.
